With 40% beef content, these have more beef than some of the readily available meals from your local supermarket!

Can be cooked in the microwave on in a saucepan on the hob.

24/03/2020 - One of our staff who shall remain nameless (you know who you are CW...), has just tried one of these cold. He then heated the rest as instructed and can testify that they are safe to eat and taste MUCH better hot!
